This 7.5KN Hydraulic Power Line Tensioner is used for small conductor tension stringing in the transmission line conductors and ground cables, and ADSS, OPGW optical cables.
The Power Line Tensioner is a kind of machine used for transmission line tension stringing and aerial ropeway erection.
The machine is composed of a driving wheel and a driven wheel which are fixed with a wheel groove liner, and the diameter of the driven wheel is 0.6 ~ 0.95 of the diameter of the driving wheel. Two or more wheel groove liners are also fixed on the driving wheel and the driven wheel.
When the conductor is pulled by an external force, two wheels rotate, and only the driving wheel with a large diameter is affected by external braking force. The materials with different friction coefficients are selected to make the wheel groove gasket to make the conductor bear uniform force, avoid the phenomenon of the conductor playing a lantern, protect the conductor and make the tension wheel release the conductor at a uniform speed. At the same time, the weight of the whole machine is reduced, and the volume and the cost are reduced.
